The Continuing Education Division at the Islamic University (Babylon Branch) organized a workshop titled “Sustainable Workplace Motivation Culture,” presented by Prof. Dr. Abdul-Zahra Al-Khafaji. The event is part of the university’s ongoing programs aimed at developing administrative capabilities and fostering an institutional work environment.
The lecture addressed the concept of motivation and its significance as a driving force for improving performance efficiency. It highlighted the goals of employee motivation and its role in achieving institutional success and sustainability, while reviewing modern methods and effective practices to motivate staff and create a positive work environment that enhances skills and boosts productivity.
