Under the patronage and support of the President of the Islamic University in Najaf, Prof. Dr. Ammar Abdul-Amir Al-Salami, and the supervision of the President of the Islamic University – Babylon Branch, Prof. Dr. Haider Kadhim Al-Quraishi. This project falls within the university’s vision to foster an integrated academic environment and establish art as a medium for expression and awareness. It also aligns with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research aimed at developing cultural and artistic aspects within universities.
